Remembering the present
Memory is foundational. On it is grounded non entirely our sense of personal identity, simply our mightiness to intend together with communicate. One of the close profound comments on retentiveness I convey come upwardly across is inward Pavel Florensky's The Pillar together with Ground of the Truth. In it he writes, "That which inward God is called 'memory' completely coincides alongside God's thought, for inward God's consciousness Time is identical to Eternity, the empirical identical to the mystical, together with sense is identical to creativity. God's idea is perfect creativity, together with His inventiveness is His memory. God, remembering, thinks, and, thinking, creates" (p. 149). Thus for man, too, remembering is the highest shape of thought. Education begins together with ends alongside the awakening of retentiveness – acquire that right together with the balance follows.

The Beautiful, Ethics, together with the Arts tin entirely flourish when pump speaks to heart, which is when hearts stand upwardly on the same universal ground, the solid soil of Memory.
